Energy gets "stuck" in the body's tissues due to 3 types of trauma:
   - physical (injuries from illness, infection, car accident, surgery, +more)
   - emotional (negative perceptions, emotional abuse, +others)
   - chemical (legal & illegal drugs, exposure to chemicals, poison +more)

Intro to Healing Hands - Part 1 will familiarize students with basic energy work theory and how it relates to physical injury. Hands-on exercises will include "feeling" energy (sending/receiving) and engaging energy.
